How to tone up for summer?

I’m a 15 year old girl and I really wanna be in shape for this summer! so I was wondering if anyone had some good routines that are fast and affective, I don’t have access to a gym though so I’m pretty limited.

do sit ups, and do lots of running around and walks, get involved in indoor sports like tennis or volleyball

Cycling is excellent and helps for stress, so do running. Those are some of the best ways to tone up. Then you can always buy a yoga or pilates DVD and try some of that at home. It gives you a hell of a work out.
