How to stop my lower back from hurting?

When I do situps and ab excercises, my lower back hurts SOOO much & I do put a comfortable mat under but I am in a lot of pain.

How to prevent this from happening?

You can stretch before sit-up’s and drink water before you start. That helps me a lot.

Best bet is always see a doctor or chiropractic before you continue. Or do it slower without over doing it.

I have bought those Icy hot patches you buy at the store, They stick to your back, it worked wonders for me.

make sure your back is completely straight if it is not then you can get very badly hurt and remember the more you excersize the less it will hurt

Ok when you do that put a pillow under t where you know its going to hurt
