How can I stop eating when I'm full?

I want to know how I can stop eating. I’m not talking about becoming anorexic or anything (been there, done that, not good), but whenever I start eating a meal or anything I can’t seem to stop eating. I don’t get that satisfaction of feeling full and it is such a hassle when trying to lose weight. I am constantly eating and I don’t exercise much since I’m at home all the time (16 years old with no license) which is another question I have. How can I exercise more at home? If anyone could help me with these, that would be greatly appreciated.

I agree with sika.

In addition to that, walk. Walking is a great way to stay in shape.

You can also get some fruits and vegetables. They’re good for you and not fattening, so you can pretty much snack all you want on them.

First of all break down your meals to 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals. (I try to eat something every 2 hours.)

Also before you eat drink a FULL glass of water. It will fill you up partially so you won’t over eat. I also try to leave something on my plate. Whether it’s only a few bites or desert. If you feel full STOP.

If you don’t have weights at home you can use gallon jugs.
