How to lose weight??`I'm serious this time.!!

Ok, so I weighed myself this morning… And I found out that in the last 3-4 years I gained 20 kg’s!!! I feel so bad, I feel so fat!!! I’ve never reached this weight before!! And I want to lose it as fast as I can!! If possible, I’d like to lose 5 kg’s a week!! Pleeeaaase!! Help me!! I’m feeling so damn angry at myself!! :(:(:(

5 kg’s a week is impractible and unrealistic. There is no way that you can healthily lose the weight that way. 2kg’s is a healthy realistic goal

If you want to lose weight PERMANENTLY, you’re going to have to change your lifestyle permanently. No more sugar, nor more fatty foods and no more junk foods. You’re going to have to switch to healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables and decrease your meal SIZE and INCREASE your meal quantity (I.e. 6 small meals a day). Plus you’ll have to make sure you drink enough water a day and stop drinking soda’s and all the other junk they make out there

Plus you’ll have to start excercising EVERY day.

and then don’t be UNREALISTIC, it took you 4 years to GAIN it, it’s not going to all come off in a week.
