How can I lose weigh fast!

People please help me how can I lose weigh fast!!! Help!! I’ll b glad to see an answer and it will help me!

you cant loose weight fast, you have to exercise and eat healthy, this doesnt mean you cant have a ice cream once in a while or something like that. You just need to cut down on sugars, watch what you eat. If you exercise everyday at least 10mins you will see a lot of change in a month or so. It will make you loose weight and your muscles will be stronger. Do not, I repeat do not use any pills for losing weight faster, they do not work and after losing weight by eating healthy and exercising it will make you feel better, because you achieved it your self :)

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

well, I used to be heavy, but then I jogged once every week and started eating lots of celery, and I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. If you hate celery, think how much you want to be thin and just eat it. Worked for me.
