How to lose at least 3lbs in 2 weeks?

Yeah so my friend and I have weight problems. And I’m really slow at losing weight (IF I ever lose any at all) so we made a bet for our own good.

She’s suppose to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks and I’m suppose to lose 3lbs (because she lose them more easily).

Which mean by next Friday I need to weigh 129lbs. (I’m only 5ft so no, it’s not light).

If I don’t, I’m losing $$$ because she decided to bet money and I was down.

Any EASY ways I can drop 3lbs quickly??? Suggestions on what activities I should do, and what food to eat, and how many times a day, how much calories to consume, etc…pleaseee.

I don’t wanna lose like $20. that’s like 20 cheeseburger right there.

you can exercise 30mins everyday run,jog,play sports, jump-rope do crunches and sit-ups and anything thats Cardio and eat lots of fruits and vegetable to get full so you wont eat meat that much by dinner and drink only water ok you can do that and eat only chicken and fish and grill or bake only dont fry it

You can lose and gain 3 pounds just from bodily fluids… Just saying that, you can win the bet just by not drinking too much a day before the weigh in, and go to the restroom right before the weigh in. That’s how you can win your money, now if you want to actually lose body fat, do this:

  1. Cardio cardio cardio! At least 1 hour of nonstop steady pace jogging, walking, swimming, riding, etc.
  2. Go on google and type in “low fat foods”. Eat only what comes up :-)
  3. Eat only when you’re hungry, stop eating when you stop feeling hunger. I guarantee you at least a 10 pound weight loss for the first month.

First of all sit ups and crunches do nothing, scientist proved that no matter how many you go you barely have any ab muscles working and straining your back. I am in colorguard and we do pilates:

The hundred: Lay on the floor with your hands on the side of you flat on the ground. Left your legs together up at a 45 degree angle and flex your feet, with your legs turned out and your heels should be touching. Now left your shoulders and upper back from off the floor. This should tighten the ab muscles. Now bring your arms up on the side of you about 6 inches off the ground. Now while counting to one hundred ,pump your arms up and down. Remember to breath in for 5 counts then release for 5 counts. When you get to 80, slow the tempo down until you get to 100. When you get to one hundred, DO NOT RELAX!!! Keep your shoulders and upper back off the ground, your around still off the ground and your legs still flexed at that 45 degree angle. Now point your feet, legs still turned out and heels still touching and hold for 15 seconds. Then lower in 8 counts with control still holding your abs and slowly place them on to the floor then release.
