How can I lose 15lbs. In 2 weeks w/o being anorexic/ losing boobs ?

Okaye ,, so I have a school dance coming up really soon in 4 weeks and I want to look good . I currently weigh 145 lbs and want to lose it in 2 weeks if that’s possible . I want to lose 15 lbs at least . I don’t look 145 lbs really ,,, it’s from my thighs really … Buy anyway , yeaa how canni do this ? PLEASE HELP !

thats actually very good advice! just eating a bunch of fruits and vegetables only with help you lose that excess weight and help detoxify your body. also drink lots of water! and exercise

All you really have to do is eat negative calorie foods and drink a large amount of water. If it’s ice cold water, you’ll burn more calories, but then try not to eat high calorie foods. Your metabolism slows down after consuming ice water. Here’s a list of delicious negative calorie foods that you may like. It helped me jump start my metabolism. I also lost 8 pounds in one week.
