Answer #1

Keep you face absolutely clean – constantly. Put a clean terry cloth towel over your pillow every night. Watch what you eat/drink.

This won’t stop all pimples, but it will mitigate them pretty well.

As Fau said, keep you skin clean, but don’t wash it too much you will create an imbalance in the natural oils in your skin and possibly make it worse! Talk to a beautician or dermatologist, etc and find out what sort of skin you have, you might be using the wrong products for your skin type. You can get natural products for your skin without the harsh chemicals. I’ve found that Aloe Vera is very good for the skin, from everything from pimples to sunburn. Also a good face scrub (used once a week) is a small amount of ‘’Extra Virgin Oil’’ mixed with 1tsp of sugar and and scrub your skin in circular motions. Leave it for 10 mins then rinse, your skin will feel so soft and get rid of dead skin cells!! Also, don’t touch them! Drink lots of water and flush your system out!! Also eating a diet with lots of vitamin C and E is good for your skin.

Hope it helped, good luck!

Toothpaste is an excelent remedy wich works to dry the skin out and the pimple slowly decreases size. Dabb some on before bed and leave it on when you go to bed :)

Rinse your face with warm to hot water and than cleanse your face with a foaming face wash… Than rinse with hot or warm water than use cold water. Hot water causes your pores to open whilst cold water closes your pores. After cleansing, you’ll want to use a toner on your face to even out the tones and than use a moisturizer on your face. After that, you’ll want to put spot treatments on your face. If you’re also having problems getting rid of acne and tried everything, you can also speak to your doctor. If you have a medical drug plan, your doctor can perhaps prescribe some acne medication for you to help get rid of your acne. You can also take an Aspirin pill, crush it up in a cup, add a little drop or two of water, mix it till it gets pastey and apply this to your acne for the whole day or a few hours and rinse your face after. Than once again, repeat the process of moisturizing. Always moisturize! This helps your face to stay moist rather than dry up. Prevent washing your face with soap too much. It causes your face to dry out and makes it break out in its natural oils, which causes you to develop acne.

Answer #5

Ohh! And make sure that you shower at least twice a day! Meaning shower in the morning and shower at night, before you go to bed. The reason why I say this is because… Think of it… Your pillow carries lots of bacteria on it… When you shower, you’re cleaning off the bacterias on your body and entering a clean bed. I change my pillow case every week. Sometimes every three days is good too. Once again, make sure you moisturize! Considering your pores opens at night, making airborne bacteria easy to enter the skin. By using a moisturizer, not only does it moisturize your skin, but it prevents bacterias entering into the pores. Also try preventing excessive shampooing. Reason I say this, is because shampoo.. Any chemicals can dry out your scalp, once again, making your scalp/ skin break out in its natural oils, making your hair all oily or skin all oily. Which causes flakes also known as dandruff. Which in another cases, causes acne in your hairline. You’ll want to use lots and lots of body lotion on your skin after your shower! Moisturizing your skin is also proven the best to help prevent stretch marks! Considering your skin is like elastic.. It helps your skin to stay lose rather than too tight.
