How to do kegals?
how long does it take to get a tight vagina doing kegals?can anybody answer the question?
I do them for like an hour before I go to bed and I’ve never had a complaint I don’t know if I even need to do that many but it won’t hurt if you do too many
It depends on how often you do it, and every woman’s results vary depending on how much tightening is required, etc.
There’s no way anyone can answer that question correctly.
