Try the “Ben Wa” balls. you can get them at your local adult store or order them online. They are two small golden metal balls that you insert into the vagina and hold them there as long as you can! its tough at first because they are kinda heavy, but thats the point! Use them often and they WILL tighten you.

Doing kegal exercises will tighten up your vagina. Clench and release your pelvic muscles without tensing up the ones in your stomach. The more you practice them, the longer you will be able to hold the clenching. If you are not sure that you are doing them properly, insert a finger into your vagina and clench your muscles in different ways, until you find the way that you can feel it tighten around your finger.
