How much weight can I lose?

I’ve recently started going to the gym. Its been about a month, I go 4 times a week. First I walk around my entire campus then I go to the gym.. I work out for 1 hour and 30 mins.. Not including my walking before. How much weight can I lose by doing this same routine? I’ve also changed my eating habit…I’ve never been a soda drinker.. So that wasnt a problem.. But I love chocolate..I’ve stopped eating chips.. Candy..pizza ( my favorite) and pasta. Im a vegetarian so my food intake mostly consists of salads ( with not dressing) tuna, fruits and vegetables.

So does anyone know how much weight I can lose? Im tired of being overweight, im 19 and I want to look different so I can finally feel comfortable in my own skin.

Well how overweight are you and whats your muscle mass? I’ve always been a bit over weight, but I’ve been really athletic most of my life and work out quite frequently.

Im 6’2 and vary in weight I bounce around from 190-220.

I couldn’t really tell you though how much weight you can lose. However, a good way to “tone” up is like this.

I drink 1-3 things of 20 oz waters ever school period, at least 200 fl oz a day. Before exercise get your self come Creatine. Only bother with the Creatine if you drink a good amount of water through out the day. After you take the Creatine continue on with your consumption of water.

With working out, you might actually gain weight, so dont be disappointed, you know, with muscle gaining and everything.
