How much suger should you cancel out of a diet?

I am trying to lose even more weight. I have canceled sugar out all together. And im starting to feel sick. Is it okay to cancel all of it out or should I have only take out some?

If sugar is something that’s a regular part of your diet, then canceling it out altogether will definitely cause some withdrawal symptoms.

You have two options:

  1. Tough it out until the withdrawal passes.
  2. Wean yourself off of sugar slowly by taking in a little less each day until it’s completely gone.

Refined sugars are not something that is required in your diet, but you should be getting enough natural sugars from the foods you eat (especially from fruit) to maintain your energy.
