A person may lift weights as much as they like as long as its different parts of the body..its extremely dangerous if you work out just your arms or just your legs for one week..the muscles will soon be stretched to far and worked to hard that pulled, strained, and torn muscles can occur. Its very wise to do sets of one part of the body one day and another the next day or day after to give that muscle core time to rest.
