in one week the best way to do it is by burning off all that water weight.. but over a long period of time is eating healthy and working out.

A good way to lose weight is to drink a lot of water and then exercise a lot and sweat it out. Or instead of exercising a lot you could go and sit in a sauna for like an hour. I’d just be sure to have a ton of water if you did that because it’s relatively dangerous. Eat like four to five small meals a day. Like 200 to 300 calories each. Don’t eat junk food. Get enough rest. If you want to continue to lose weight and get into better shape then just keep exercising regularly and continue to eat small meals like before. You might wan2 stop going to the sauna though. Hope I helped.
