not really… if its like smacking you.. then no. if it leaves marks, like bruises and stuff, then sure consider that abuse.

If its constantly then maybe you need to talk to somebody… most of the time us kids overthink stupid things. Maybe you should try talking to your mother and try seeing what the situation is.. If she doesn’t listen maybe you should talk to someone you trust about it.. MAybe another fmaily member. :) If its just a regular punishment maybe you should think why am I punished like this? Or what will happen if I make it something bigger then it is? Also think about your siblings and what would happen in the long run. So at the end of the day either way its what you think about I mean, nobodt really know you and your family. Especially not strangers! GOOD LUCK! :)

You can call child protective services and talk to them. As for wanting her out of your house, you have to realize that it may not work out that way. In most cases the child is removed.

I think you should call the cops I mean they can’t do anything if theres no provfe but you need to do what you can before it gets bad.
