If I use a Gazelle Edge how much weight expect to lose?

If I use a Gazelle Edge everyday along with the principles used in the ‘Calories Don’t Count’ book by Dr. Herman Taller, how much weight should I expect to lose in 5 months?

all depends on how much effort you put in. if you dedicate yourself, 1lb/week is achievable but you have to be commited. Also, do more than just the gazelle. Change it up and “shock” your body. Same principle as lifting weights, you need to keep changing it up on your body so it doesnt get used to the same thing every day and get complacent.
