you want to cut down the amounts of food you eat and how many times you eat a day. should be 3 times. you can basically eat anything you like to eat! just cut down the amounts, and cut down the sugary items. also, you need to excersize at least 4 times a week. and every day if you can! if you do excersize everyday. the best time to do that is in the morning. when you wake up. you burn more calories that way.

are you eating and then going back for seconds? make sure you do not do that! I had that problem to and started gaining weight so quickly. Every meal you eat should have some kind of fruit or veggie. something healthy. maybe get involved in an activity that will you keep you moving. maybe some kind of weight training or join a gym if you can. Keep active. make sure you are not around the kitchen too much, and if you sit in front of the computer a lot, it is said that people gain more weight if they do. stay away from a bunch of sugary drinks. those have a lot of calories and def will add weight fast. if you drink soda, make sure its diet. sorry if you dont like diet. but those dont have calories. stay with more water.. and accasional other drinks.

If you like to eat a lot of junk food, do your best to not buy it! my mom actually hasnt bought chips and all those snacky foods for a week now, and im losing weight. I cant go in the pantry and grab all those snacky foods.
