hi, I have lost a lot of weight ever since I put myself on my own diet but the weight never came off my stomach, how do I get it off?
lol starve yourself? when you starve yourself sure you burn fat, but as soon as you start eating again your body will store as much fat as possible in the event that it is starved again (unless you plan to never eat again).
I totally agree with wackopigeon, 6 small meals and core body exercises.
no such thing as an easy pound shed.
very easy... do sit-ups and eat bout 6 small spaced out meals a day...and dont starve yourself or else youll gain more weight than you lost
