Is it possible to lose 2 kgs in a week?? If yes.. How do I lose it??

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because I doubt you need to loose any weight

3500 calories is equal to 1 pound of fat. (1 kg=2.2 lbs) So if you want to lose weight, lower your calorie intake and exercise to burn calories. Drink water (2 liters) a day. Don’t starve yourself though cause it will do reverse effect. You will store fat. Don’t go unde 900 to 1000 calories a day. Good luck

suree you can ! Tips : exercise or dance till sweating (better to do that once in morning and once in night) 2 liters of water or 1 if you couldn’t make a diet plan (no sweets . no bread/pasta . no chips/soda etc ..) drink a laxetive tea when you wake-up and before sleeping (I tried it it works)

mmm and no don’t eat abt 1000 calories because ul take more time more than a week. eat less than 1000 calorie but don’t starve urself .. if you wanna lose more weight do these tips and eat 1000 calories :)
