How can I stick to a diet?

But I still contend that you don't need to lose any weight. Maybe you are becoming anorexic.

diets NEVER work-trust me maybe for the time, but you tend to put all that weight back on VERY quickly like I said just eat healthy and do cardio and you should get the results you want.
One good way is to tell everybody - that way even when you want to quit, it puts pressure on you not to let them down...Good luck, you can do it !!
Persistence.
If you want to diet, than you will. Otherwise, you're wasting time.
