diets NEVER work-trust me maybe for the time, but you tend to put all that weight back on VERY quickly like I said just eat healthy and do cardio and you should get the results you want.
One good way is to tell everybody - that way even when you want to quit, it puts pressure on you not to let them down…Good luck, you can do it !!
