how can I lose weight for a 15 year old girl?

I am a 15 year old girl that is really big for her age I have high blood pressure and high suger and I really need to lose weight what would be the best why to lose it by the right food and what kind of suger to stay awhy from and stuff like that plzzz help me thank you

im 15 years old 2 im tellin don’t starv urself once you start that itz iz really hard to start eatin agen im starvin myself pple tel mi im really skinny bt when I look in the mirrow is a different case and I ave been told I could die im really trying 2 eat agen bt iz nt really workin, just exercises I know iz hard 2 do sme time because we just feel lazy just fink of it us you do sme fing so little you lose weight and your all happi and that

-Have a friend take you on a morning jog on the weekends around your area -Do some basic exercises at home -Eat healthy foods like vegetables, salads, fruits -Don’t eat anything with fat in/on it such as chicken, any kind of burgers, fast food, etc -Bike rides with a friend around your area

Okay l am 15 to and what l do is get on the treadmill for about 30 minutes everyday but sunday and l cant still eat what l normally eat just cut my servings down and in just a week l whent from 175 to 160 to droped 3 pant sizes
