how can I look/dress fashionable and nice?

I always feel unconfy in what I wear, and my bestfriend is alwayss wearing something different everyday, am im just wearing and old stuff. and when im walking along I see people wearing really nice stuff! I like riverisland and topshop but I can never really find anything I like there! help!?

Sweets, Just try to be comfortable with what ever you wear. Just be your self..Don’t get carried away with how others look…moment you are conscious of how you are looking it reflects in your body languages.

If budget is not a concern, then go shopping with a fashion savvy friend and ask them to help you out with a makeover, see what you have in your closet first that is still stylish, usable, and multi-purpose, next, browse the stores first, making not of price, and style, ask yourself is this classic or trendy (eg jeans and a white t-shirt never go out of style, but who wears balloon skirts anymore?) stick to buying classic pieces, ask the store clerks for honest help, make certain that they do not receive their salaries based on commission sales or you will not get honest answers. Put together some outfits that can be interchanges with other articles of clothing you already own. Consult fashion magazines such as In Style for inspiration. Best of luck to you.

One other thing, if you like it, buy it, wear it, love it, whatever makes you happy, who knows you may even start a trend of your own!
