Im 6 foot 175 and im trying to gain atleast 10 or 15 pounds of muscle before next football season. Is there anything I can take...other then steroids that will get me to were I want to be in the next couple of months?
just jogg wenever you have the chance and lift watever when you have the change, you can buy cheap weights or you can just lift heavey stuff, o it wenn you can, oh and sit ups C@LLUM
