EVERYONE - has something about them that they are insecure about themselves, whether it be weight, height, skin color, hair, breast, butt, etc. Every single person has something about them that they think could be improved or wish was different. Your friend’s is her weight.
Just tell her the truth when she says something - tell her how skinny she is and how pretty she looks just the way she is.
