How can I avoid him catching it?
I have a bladder infection, and wondered if it is contagious? Because when I have sex with him I dont want him to catch it! I was diagnosed with it yesterday at the doctors.
And you shouldn’t have to worry about him catching it because he should be wearing a condom.
Your boyfriend won’t catch it, it doesn’t spread from one person to another by just pure sexual contact. However having sex while having it could make it worse, because of the pressure on your bladder. Rather wait for it to heal. (It usually only takes 2-3 days to heal fully if you take anti-biotics)
