Here's a recipe from my days in culinary school: Granola - ~ Ingredients: 1 kg oatmeal 1½ cups assorted nuts 1 cup chocolate chips or raisins 2 cups sesame seeds 1½ cups coconut 1 pound butter, softened 1 cup oil ¼ cup molasses 2 cups brown sugar 2 tbsp vanilla
~ Method: Stir together oatmeal, nuts, chocolate chips/raisins, sesame seeds, and coconut In a separate bowl mix together butter, oil, molasses, brown sugar, and vanilla Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients
