What are the top three birth control used in the united states today?
Oral contraceptive, The Pill is the most popular type of birth control. There are many different brands of The Pill and they come in packs of 21 or 28 pills. The first 21 pills have a combination of synthetic estrogen and progesterone hormones. And of course the patch which is called Ortho-Evra,and the shot Depo-Provera.
I am not sure about the top three but my doctor has me on Ortho-cyclen. It is a disk pack of pills. There is also a shot they give you once a month, I believe. You should talk to your doctor and they can give you more information on this subject.
