What are some healthy, small, simple meals that I can make without a lot of spices?

A chicken wrap: lettuce, cooked chicken, sauce. Macaroni salad: cooked macaroni, corn or other veggies, you can put bits of ham or chicken in it, and dressing. A crousant sandwich: crouisant cut in half, sliced cheese, ham or chicken, lettuce, carotts. Spagetti with tomato sauce.

You can substitute Eggplant for many meat recipes. Such as egg plant pizza.

find a deli that supplies local range fed (non hormone-adjusted/factory farm) or “organic” meat/eggs/dairy/breads. Get thin-sliced summer sausage or smoked turkey/chicken breast or ham. Add some good cheese and flat-bread crackers.

I like the last one, and just had the last option tonight. Haha. I don’t like and I won’t eat any of the other ones though. Not a big fan of the chicken wraps, or marcaroni salads. Crousant sandwiches make me wanna throw up.
