I am 14 and I want to flatten my tummy in two weeks. what do I do?

Well I would start of with like maybe 15 and then just keep adding more each day untill you get to 50-100 a day it will make you sore but the result is worth it!

crunches alone will not do it, also do cardio to lose fat… then different ab exercises to tone up your stomach.
