hi, I have a pool gheety in 2 weeks and I REALLY want too lose some weight, atleast a little . what can I do ? what do I eat ?
work out. running would help, but lifting would make you a lot more tone, or ripped, depending on what you want. eat healthy, a lot of fruit and vegetables, and protein if you want muscle mass. you just have to be commited. and consistant
special k diet!!! drop 6lbs in 2 weeks just eat spcial k and fruit for 2 meals a day and eat a normal healthy dinner :P
