how can I flatten my tummy having having a baby?

do you mean AFTER having a baby? or not because you shoudl never try to flatten your tummy while your pregnant assuming you meant after you had your baby things like sit-ups, crunches ect anything that works our middle

do crunches and leg lifts and sit ups and all the ab exercises you can sereach trust me it will work
