What do you know about the water diet?

ive got my uncles wedding in just over a months time and ive been told that a water diet is one of the most used diets that work and show results pretty quicklyy. i just want to know if it is safe, and is it strictly water or can you eat aswell, thanks!

The water diet from what I’ve heard of is just drinking water. People believe since it’s 0 calories and is a natural substance, it’ll “wash” away all your fat and impurities! Yes it washes away impurities, but NO it’s doesn’t wash away fat! Drinking loads of water to rely on loosing weight isn’t a bright idea, it’s unsafe and not a healthy way if you want to loose weight. It doesn’t make you feel good about yourself and It’ll leave you bloated!

If loosing weight to look good in a dress is want you want, keep that in mind and exercise as you go on a strict diet, lower your portions and substitute junk food for healthy alternatives as snacks!

No, It is not healthy if you are looking to loose a few pounds eat healthy 1200-1500 calories exercise is always good. Green smoothies ARE GREAT! (if you have a blender) just put in a bag of frozen fruit ( your fav ) a non frozen furit ( your fav ) and any kind of veggie ( i like the carrot because it is sweet and wont turn your smoothie green. You can go on the smoothie diet ( watch i read it was really healthy! ( if you can look it up ) Or just have a smoothie once a day! Hope i helped

Entirely unhealthy! you are not getting the nutrients that you need. You’re better off eating more healthy and exercising to lose weight.

yes! i did one welll, i call it a water fast. i did it for six days and lost about ten pounds! but if you dont excercise and eat right you WILL gain all the weight back the second and third day is really hard,and you will get food dreams, but its COMPLETELY worth it!
