I'm thinking of trying one of those new water diet detox packages and was just wondering if anybody knows if you're allowed to still exercise while you're on them. I mean, I don't think you'd have your usual energy and I don't want to waste energy and get more hungry than I should be lol... So if anyone has been on one and could share their experience or if anyone knows anything please share!
You are gonna get hungry because you will be burning calories and need energy. Why are you doing this anyway when you are so young and obviously in good health?
