getting in shape..

Is there a simple and SAFE way to lose a lot of weight, I can’t afford to go to the gym and I dont want to go out running cause..well..the place I live isn’t very safe. any advice would be fab, and also would you recommend something that has worked well for you?? x

well actually, the gym isn’t too expensive, and if you get a month pass, then you are forced to pay it off. but if that really isn’t an option, then just doing extras movements around the house will help, instead of sitting, stand, instead of standing walk, instead of walking skip etc. spend less time on the computer and watching T.V., and do not diet. instead of dieting, just don’t eat junk food, thats what has really helped me.

no, and weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

im not a runner either and dont go to the gym that much, but if you are involved with activities in the community that involve exercising outdoors without really knowing it or local classes like kickboxing and you eat a bunch of healthy snacks a day instead of 1,2, or 2 big meals you will start to see a difference
