Tell me a good way to get fit.
Diet and exercise. They go hand in hand and you can't do one successfully without the other.
Diet: make sure you get all your nutrients and try to eat a good amount of protein. It will make you feel fuller and it will help your muscles heal and rebuild faster.
Exercise: 30 minutes daily at the least with an hour of strength training at least three times a week.
The first thing you need to do is exercise. I don't know if you do this or not, but instead of stuffing yourself with cookies and candy, eat something with the letter U in it: cucumbers, lettuce, and canteloupe all have 0 calories and grams of fat.
Do alot of crunches and push ups.
If you don't like working out, try doing so while watching t.v. or listening to your favorite music, this will help you pass the time.
Do not get discouraged. Just think of how good you will look afterwards!
