how to get abs in less than 3 weeks?
Three weeks is a little tight. I'd be doing a hundred crunches a day (50 in the morning, 50 in the evening) For the crunches lie on your back, hands on shoulder blades. cross your legs and have your ankles resting on a chair or bed well above your head (knees should be bent at a 90 degree angle) Raise your upper body until you elbows touch your knees. This is a lot more painful but it will work
slim fast wont give you abs lol. do sit ups but put your hands behind you so they cross over and each hands on your shoulder blades or as close as they can get to there. (right hand on left shoulderblade ect)
it makes them harder to do, and you only have to do a few reps every other day.
dude, I have no clue! I feel ya tho...I want abs to and I have to get them in like 2 wks and a couple days! but the bad thing about my problem is at night im uslyy at my parents werk and so in the day im sleeping an I have nooo time!
< id stick to protien shake not slim fast tho. (depending on weight of course)
3 weeks is plenty of time, if you do them right you'll start to see improvement straight way. I wouldnt over do it tho .
Crunches, push-ups, Jumprope together all work you're stomach real good
