what foofd do i nned to eat to gain weight except in my stomach area
sorry to say but you cant eat a certain food to only gain weight a certain place. your body determines where the fat is going to go. and unlike what most ppl think you cant lose weight in a certain area of your body when you go to the gym. your body will determine where the weight will get burned off. you can workout a certain part of your body like your stomach but your body will determine if thats where it wants to lose the weight. sucks i know
that really depends on where u want to gain the weight! but no matter wut u will kina gain weight around the stomach area.
