I want to no how can I gain weight without getting a fat stomach
Work out for strength and mass gain, also do a high rep sit-up workout to keep your stomach the way it is, and it might also make it different, and protein lots of it, no carbs they are bad... and eat 6 meals a day :)
omg thats the same question I have. Im really skinny. But I love my stomach..and when I gain weight it goes to my stomach..and I dont want to go there
eat frequently but in very small portions. try foods with lots of protein.
do some strength training, build some muscle.
