Fresh fruits and vegetables are often harvested early and are left to ripen on the truck or in the store. Depending on how far your produce needs to travel, your fresh fruits and vegetables might just be a lot less nutritious than the frozen variety.

weeelll, its just food thats flash frozen, seeing as it is uncooked all the nutrients are stored inside the veggies and nothing is lost (unlike precoocked vegetables etc)

also afaik its vegetables and not fruit :P

Frozen fruit would be healthy if you remember to buy it and eat it lol.... just buying peas and corn aint gonna make fruit any healthyier than it already is, weather it frozen or not.

From what I heard, it's more healthy then what you buy in produce sections; non-frozen.
