Is it healthy?

To only eat veggies,(a little bit of starchy ones) some fruits, lowfat milk, peanuts and almonds only and dried beans/eggs/leanmeats forever?? and would it make you lose weight? and being a little active??

yes you would lose your weight a little bit, but eating only vegetable is difficult, but there are many alternatives to eat, as of now I know there are available foods in the market that is not meat, actually it is vegetable but taste just like meat!

yup you cud lose weight but meat plays a vital role in your body which makes you active and give energy..
