Can you be forced to get tested to see if your a virgin?

There is no accurate virginity test. A hymen can be broken without coitus and it can remain intact after coitus. Determining virginity by tightness of the muscles is also not accurate.

In some cultures virginity tests are still performed but the tests are inaccurate and can lead to women being shamed, abused, and even killed. Amnesty International considers virginity testing to be a human rights violation.

i think you parents cud if your a minor probably make u do it unless u run away from da place lol but da doctors wud probably listen to ur parents and do it but like i said if u say no and leave or sumtin u cant be forced but if your parents make you its something else

No. And no ethical doctor would do attempt it.

nahh, that’d be illegal. there’s a doctor-patient confidentiality agreement anyway, so even if they did force you to get one, they cannot legally get information like that without your permission. the only information they can access is about like, cancer and stuff. things that affect your life for real.

Doctor patient confidentiality does not extend to minors in most places. In the majority of states parents have access to medical records of minors.

Oh I only know the UK system. I’m not sure of the exact age but if you’re over 13 you’re covered by the agreement

I don’t think that you can even if your perents are forcing you too. Also I don’t think that a doctor would be willing to do that if you express to the doctor that you are being forced to do this.

In the UK you could go to connexions and they could house you somewhere, away from the bad situation
