drink plenty of water, and try to eat well generally ie. less transformed food, more vegetables.. your profile says you are more than 25, it could be a good idea to talk to your doctor about this problem, you could try accutane or some topical cream combined with antibiotics. it is possible you have other problem than acne, such as rosacea, that requires different treatment.
