drink plenty of water, and try to eat well generally ie. less transformed food, more vegetables.. your profile says you are more than 25, it could be a good idea to talk to your doctor about this problem, you could try accutane or some topical cream combined with antibiotics. it is possible you have other problem than acne, such as rosacea, that requires different treatment.
Green tea baby!!! U have no idea how much that stuf helps ur skin but the #1 thing that I found that helped my skin was good 'ol water. Really I dranked 8 glasses a day and I became soo much healthyer
i heard greasy food really makes you break out. but i read 17 magazine and i'm pretty sure it said it doesn't matter what you eat.i could be wrong.
I heard younshould use mixture of gram flour and milk....it may remove tanning of your body
