top 3 categories that are the HIGHEST in protein in order would be meats (Chicken breast and turkey are the best - lean of course), fish (sardines, halibut, salmon, tuna) and dairy (cottage cheese, non fat yogurt)
beans and grains are good sources as well but don't have a high supply as the top 3, i see some have said to do protein shakes... that's cool and fine, but i prefer natural intake :)
lmfao...there is plenty of me to go around for the both of you...how about we make it at Matty's house...all 3 of us can have dinner...can always use a pair of hands in the kitchen to make the time go by quicker. Just make sure you have all the groc rdy for us when we get there...oh yeah & the plane tickets as well! ♥ :P
