What are good foods to eat full of protein and fiber?

I am a 16 year old girl and I really don’t know how to check if a food is full of fiber or protein (sad I know.. lol.) I cuurently weigh 130 pounds and would really like to lose maybe 10 to 15 pounds.. What are some good exercises to help me get my dream weight? And also what are good foods I should eat when on this “diet”

Hemp protein powder is the best of both worlds. It is high in both. Mix it in a smoothie. You get plenty of both with just two tablespoons a day.

the 5 mains proteins are fish, meats (beef etc), cheese, milk and eggs. if you can use most of those in each meal you’ll be getting plenty of protein, also things like yogurts (containing milk) can get you there. to lose the weight you could go for runs, cut down on fatty foods, less sugary treets.. take a look at what you normally eat and see if you can take out some un-neccasary foods. good luck
