How do I become more flexible
Depends on your body build. An Ectomorph build responds very well to stretching. Endomorph, not so much, but with honest work he (or she) can still be flexible. Mesomorph is the worst for flexibility, that build almost doesn't respond at all.
yup its true. just stretch everyday for ten minutes and youll get there.
do the regular sprorts stretch. right over left; bend, left over right; bend, ect.
You become more flexible by stretching. You should wear sweats when you stretch cause when you sweat the sweats will loosen your muscles.
strech a lot more
