I am 16 years old. I weight about 117 lbs and I am 4'11. My weight changes a lot. One month I will weigh 110, the next 120. I do not have a fat stomach yet...but I have the capasity because I am short . I have fat on my stomach to the point that I would not look okay in a 2 peice bathing suit. I want a flat stomach by june, that is in about 3 monthes. I already started dieting. I just need an exersize routine. Should I just do cardio like walk and run?
Exercise is the best way to flatten your tummy. Eat more of fruits and vegetables. Avoid eating fatty foods and sweets. Have regular exercise for flat belly. Avoid food that are rich in carbohydrates. You will be able to flatten your belly in weeks if you will have the discipline to apply it in a daily basis.
k like wake up and eat a well balanced meal!! maybe go in a room with space and do situps and pushups and stretches! then go 4 a jog!! good luck!!
