give me tips to get a flat tummy..tnx!
If you have comcast digital cable there are some programs there that you can do ab work to. Also, if you need it quick, i would suggest going on a low carb diet, because thats where your carbs go to. Make sure that you alternate days from cardio to abs (It takes a day for your abs to heal after a good work out).
Lots of jumping, bringing your knees to your stomach, crouching (Which also gives cut to your legs as a plus for the ladies)and as said before lay off snacks and unhealthy foods (I should work on the same) and do lots of sit-ups. REMEMBER: The human-body is a very VERY adaptive machine.
I have a flat tummy :-P but basically all you have to do is stay off the snacks and eat healthily... Do sit ups/press ups, I got a miniture six pack when I was doing martial arts... just exercise ur tummy muscles!!!
some exercises that i use that alsways work are situps and also running, eating only a certain amount of proportions for each meal an d try to stay away from little snacks.
