fat? please help.

Alright, so I ice skate and swim regularly. I’m 5’ 0”, I weigh about 130 and I wear size 5/7. I have hips and pretty big thighs. I wear a 34C and I don’t think it’s because I’m lucky. Although my boyfriend thinks otherwise. Would you consider this fat? I think I’m overweight. opinion please.

WTF GIRL your not fat at all your actually pretty skinny. The boob size is a gift as long as they don’t go to D’s then they can b a btch. But the average size for a women in america is a 14 in pants. And the thighs when you look down and look at them they look bigger then they actually are so chances are they arent. And if they actually are then they can’t b that bad bc if your wearing a 5/7 then they would have to b small to fit into them. So your not over weight but if you were thinking of trying to lose weight then what you could do is cut out snacks like chips and all that, cut out drinks like alcohol, dr.pepper, pepsi, and coke ( hint hint only drink water). and lastly start walking. You dont have to walk much Maybe around 10 miles a week and in 3-12 months you will b in that size 0-1 you want. ^_^ have fun.

What you should do is calculate your BMI. It can easily be googled- BMI calculator. There are a lot of sites for this.

You just plug your height and weight into the online BMI calculator. It will tell you where you are and where you should be.
