Anything to make my stomach less fat!? PLEASE HELP!.

Is there any special foods, or anything like to lose weight from you stomach only, because my whole body is perfect, but my stomach is awkwardly bigger and wider than my body, I hate it. any excercises? Or anything to make me lose my stomach? I hate looking in the mirror and seeing it, ughh I hate it! Please help!

Crunches on a medicine ball is the most effective I think. Start out 25 at a time with breaks in between.

Work your way to 50 at a time then get to 100 at a time. When I feel extra bloaty or like I just gained a coupe pounds I do about 300 crunches a night. Makes me feel better in the morning.

Lots a water and no soda at all helps a lot too

you can try different things like sit ups and such. currently my diet is… Breakfast - 1 glass milk, cerial or omlete, or waffles. (Fruit optional) Snack - raw nuts, dried fruit. LOTS OF WATER. Lunch - Salads,pastas (I don’t eat meat :P ) Dinner - I try to eat as early as possible, eating late is not good for your body. Dinner is usually something homeade like Veggie bean burgers Homeade pasta Veggie pizza indian recipes thai recipes ect. :) Just watch what you eat.

If you want to lose weight quickly, I will give you my diet/workout! SO, the best part of the diet is that it is %80 fruits and veggies, this is an excellent way to burn fat, because it takes more calories to digest fruit and veggies, than the fruit is in calories. (an 80 calorie apple takes 95 calories to burn, and so on) Also, you have to make sure you keep to lean meats only, although it costs more, get fresh deli meats, instead of packaged! Packaged have more unhealthy preservatives!!! Plus lean meat is high in protein and helps build muscle. The workout is simple. Lift as much weight as you can! If you use lots of reps, but less weight, you muscle will only grow to the small weight, plus the more muscle, the more calories are burned. The next part of the workout is jumping rope. Jump rope for about 10-15 minutes, 2 times a day. Jumping rope is about 2 times as effective as running. 10-15 minutes of jump rope = 20-30 minutes of running. If you do this 2 times a day, you will do 30 minutes of jumping instead of 1 hour of running. All of the small things add up. Another thing you might want to consider is doing a week of detox! There are several recipes, but I find ginger, lemon juice, water, and honey work the best. Drink this for a week, and you will be on the right track. If you want to skip detox, then feel free, it is good for quick starting, but it can be done without!

sit-ups can be dangerous though, so be careful of your back! Very nice diet btw, everything sounds yummy!
