Is there any way to get a faster motabilism? Well I know you have to lose weight and excersize every day and stuff...But like, I have an extremely slow one, and even if I don't eat anything for like 2 days, I eaither stay the same weight or acutally gain some.
Most people will gain weight if they don't eat for 2 days, because their bodies will store any fat that it can get.
Some ways to increase your metabolism: Exercising regularly (once a day about 30 minutes) Losing weight Eating 6-8 small meals a day (people that are skinny naturally usually eat constantly and healthy through out the day) Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables.
